At Ranthambore Journey, we prioritize transparency to ensure your safari is stress-free. Please review our guidelines regarding bookings, cancellations, and park regulations.

Booking & Payment Policy

 

  • Initial Deposit: To secure a safari or hotel reservation, a 50% advance payment is required at the time of booking.

  • Final Balance: The remaining balance must be cleared 15 days prior to the date of arrival.

  • Government IDs: For safari permits, guests must provide valid ID proofs (Aadhar Card, Passport, or Voter ID). The original ID must be carried during the safari.

  • Safari Availability: Safari bookings are subject to availability from the Forest Department. We act as a facilitator and do not guarantee specific zones.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Refunds depend on safari availability and government policies.
  •  In case a booking cannot be confirmed, a full or partial refund may be issued after deducting service charges.
  • Cancellation policies vary depending on the timing and safari rules.

  • Safari Permits: As per Forest Department rules, Safari booking amounts are non-refundable and non-transferable once the permit is issued.

  • Hotel/Package Cancellations:

    • 30 days or more before arrival: 90% refund of the total package.

    • 15 to 29 days before arrival: 50% refund.

    • Less than 15 days or No Show: No refund.

  • Natural Causes: We are not liable for cancellations due to weather, strikes, or sudden government restrictions

Privacy Policy

  • Data Collection: We collect only necessary information (Name, Contact, ID details) required for booking your Ranthambore experience.

  • Security: Your personal data is stored securely and never shared with third parties, except for government authorities required for park entry permits.

  • Cookies: Our website uses cookies to enhance user experience and analyze traffic.

Terms & Conditions

  • Liability: While we prioritize safety, the agency is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage to person or property during the tour.

  • Itinerary Changes: We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances like zone closures or road conditions.

  • Child Policy: Children above 5 years are charged as adults for safari seats as per park regulations.

  • Jurisdiction: Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Sawai Madhopur, Rajasthan.
