Safari Booking Terms

  • Safari bookings are non-transferable and subject to Forest Department rules.

  • Zone allocation, gypsy/canter availability, and guide allotment are controlled by forest authorities.

  • We do not guarantee tiger sightings or wildlife visibility.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellation charges depend on the service booked (safari, hotel, tour package).

  • Safari fees are generally non-refundable, as per government norms.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

  • No refund for no-shows or last-minute cancellations.

Changes & Modifications

  • We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to weather conditions, forest restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Any additional costs arising from changes will be borne by the customer.

User Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate personal and travel information at the time of booking.

  • Carry valid government-issued ID during safari or travel.

  • Follow all forest rules, safety instructions, and guide directions.

Limitation of Liability

  • We act only as a facilitator between customers and service providers (hotels, transporters, forest department).

  • We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, wildlife encounters, loss of belongings, delays, or force majeure events.

  • Our liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
